Swingin Chicks of the 60s
There is absolutely no wonder that this excellent glamour site has devoted a
page to Ursula. Her climbing out of the sea in Dr No was one of *the*
pivotal moments in 1960s screen history and influenced the glamour style a whole
decade.
Cult
Sirens
Another one of my favourite Glamour web sites celebrates Andress' life and
career and wonders whether her timeless beauty may really be due to the spirit
of Ayesha.
The
Celebrity Collector
She's not just a pretty face, y'know? In this interview Andress describes her
love for all things antique: furniture, rugs, paintings and more. She loves
visiting flea markets and haggling in antique stores. Somehow I like this woman
more and more.
AmIAnnoying.com
Well, is she or isn't she? Looks like more and more people these days find that
she *is* annoying! 39.11% in 2001, 35,54% in 2002 and - shock, gasp - 42.2% in
2003! So make your voice heard to let the world know what *you* think about this
strange result. She also features in another 13 (pardon the pun) annoying
contests.
Ursula Andress
Fanpage
Tons and tons of photos and the first stop if all you want to do is ogle.
Another Yahoo
Fanpage
Not much in the line of actual info, just one page with a few photos, but those
photos are actually pretty yummy and changed on a monthly basis.
Ultimate James Bond Girls 2
Number Deux of eight Yahoo groups dedicated entirely to collecting glamour
photos of Bond Girls. This one features - amongst others - nearly 150 pics of
Ursula
Some of the best Ursula Andress related sites on the web are actually in foreign languages, mainly French. So brush up on your old school lessons... or have it translated by the likes of Google's Language Tools, but don't laugh when the translations at time seem a bit bizarre:
French
Scream
Queens site
Detailed biography with a couple of dishy photos
Les Filles de
l'enfer
Ever reliable. Good galleries.
Dossier
James Bond
Biographical info in French on the actresses in Dr No.
JamesBond007.net
French site dedicated to - who'd have thunk - James Bond. A couple of nice pics.
